2025 AGM 4pm Sunday March 23 Uptown Bistro on Boleskine

New members are welcome.  The minutes of the 2024 AGM are posted below and were approved by the Board and Voting members.
​Broad Theatrics Society is a non-profit formed to produce theatre productions eligible for Arts Grants.  Broad Theatrics Entertainment is a sole proprietorship and a separate entity.

 Thank you to Tony Joe for his donation to Broad Theatrics Society in Memory of Stu Palfrey. (Dec. 18, 1965 - July 25, 2018)

Stu was a beloved member of Victoria's comedy community. He was a cast member of Sin City Improv Serial Season 1 playing "Melvin Craigdarroch- McTavish" (pictured here) and is dearly missed.

Broad Theatrics Society is incorporated under the Provincial Society Act.  The Broad Theatrics Entertainment division is a separate business for comedy classes, corporate events and stand up shows.  The non-profit society supports theatre performances and creative works eligible for arts grants.

​ ​Constitution of the society
a)  To advance awareness and appreciation of performing and cultural arts
b) To create, produce and promote innovative live theatre and comedy productions; to advance the development of new Canadian plays and other creative works 
c)  To provide opportunities for professional, emerging, student and amateur artists. To engage and entertain the public. To contribute to the Artistic and Cultural fabric of this community and beyond.
